The texture is like a light cream moisturizer. Your skin will drink it up. I like to apply it at night after a good facial cleanse. I noticed that during the summer I can get away with no moisturizer but during the winter a light layer is needed for my dry skin. If you have oily skin this will work well for you. 2. I don't believe the claim 100%. I use it maybe 3-4 times per week. Any more application will cause irritation to my face. I don't know if the other ingredients works or not.
